Areas of Practice
Abrahams Law represents victims across the entire State of Michigan as well as some victims outside our state.

Accidental Injuries
An unfortunate mishap; especially one causing damage or injury, that entitles a person to file an action against those responsible for the damage or injury. These may include car, truck, motorcycle or construction accidents, dog bites, fractures, breaks, and slip and fall.

Wrongful Death
The taking of the life of an individual resulting from the willful or negligent act of another person or persons. If a person is killed because of the wrongful conduct of a person or persons, the decedent's heirs and other beneficiaries may file a wrongful death action against those responsible for the decedent's death.

Minor In Possession (MIP)
Over the past several years, many communities have rapidly increased enforcement of their minor in possession ordinances. An MIP charge, as it is commonly referred to, is issued to young adults under the age of 21 who are in possession of alcohol.

In addition to representing plaintiff's in personal injury actions, attorney Jon Abrahams has defended countless young adults who have been charged with an MIP. Although he has defended these charges in many state courts, Jon Abrahams has developed a significant MIP defense practice in both the 48th District Court, which oversees Birmingham, Bloomfield Twp., Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Orchard Lake, Sylvan Lake and Keego Harbor, as well as the 15th District Court in Ann Arbor.
